NewGrounds Festival is a platform for emerging and young professional choreographers. Selected choreographers are provided with a stipend, professional production and marketing team, professional theater and production crew, and will perform 2-3 performances over 2 days.

Selected NewGrounds artists will be rewarded with a stipend and the opportunity to present their work in professional environment. Artists will work with a professional marketing and production team as well as a professional theater and production crew to showcase their work in 2-3 performances over a weekend at the conclusion of the NewGrounds Festival
eligibility
NewGrounds is open to emerging professional choreographers who wish to showcase their work.
application process
Interested artists must download and submit their applications and pay their application fee no later than March 15, 2018. You can find the links to download the application and find the link to pay the application fee below.

Once all applications have been submitted, a carefully selected panel will review all submissions and select the artist to be showcased.
Selected artists will be expected to be present at the venure (at USF in Tampa, FL) starting the Wednesday before the Concert in order to set their pieces with the production crew.
